The Greater Wilkes-Barre Development Corporation owns, develops and manages area business parks - Crestwood Industrial Park, East Mountain Corporate Park, Hanover Crossings, Hanover Industrial Estates and Highland Business Park. In addition, this affiliate works to help locate and/or create the infrastructure needed for business growth and expansion within the area.
