From the North (Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Airport, Scranton, Binghamton):
I-81 South to Exit 168 (formerly exit 46). At the end of the exit ramp, make a left onto Highland Park Blvd. Proceed straight on to Coal Street. Continue straight until you come to the second light at the bottom of the hill. Make left on to Wilkes-Barre Blvd. At the first light, make a right on to Market Street. Continue straight ahead through tow lights. At the third light, you will be facing Public Square and will enter the traffic circle by making a right. Stay in the right lane. Go to the next light and make a right on to N. Main Street. Immediately look for a public parking garage on your left (it is marked with a green and white "PARK & LOCK" sign) just past a driveway behind the Ramada Hotel. Park in the public parking garage, not the Ramada lot. From the garage, walk down North Main, back to the Square. Turn right past the Ramada towards the next corner where Public Square Commons is located (at 2 Public Square).
From the South (Hazleton, Harrisburg or Rt. 80):

Take Route 3 West from the Lincoln Tunnel. Follow 3 West to 80 West. Follow 80 west to 380 (Exit 40something to Scranton). Follow 380 to 81 South. From the PA Turnpike (Philadelphia or Allentown Area):
Take Exit 105 (formerly Exit 36) of the Turnpike (Bear Creek Exit). At the end of the turnpike ramp, make a left on to Route 115 North (a.k.a the North Cross Valley Expressway) to Business Route 309 (Exit 1 Ð Kidder Street). At the end of the ramp turn right onto 315/Kidder Street. Follow signs for 81 South (left at 1st light). Take 81 South to Exit 168 (formerly exit 46).
